Prubi is an AI-powered cloud note service and Personal Wisdom OS. Save your notes, photos, documents and schedules in your own private account, and let Prubi AI help you retrieve past records, organize what you wrote today, and review the schedule you saved for the days ahead. Free and paid subscription plans are available.
Sensitive records — passwords, account numbers, a photo of your ID — go in the personal vault. Entries and their attachments are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before upload, so the server keeps only ciphertext plus the salt and IV needed to decrypt it. The key is never stored, so what the server holds cannot be read on its own; if you forget the vault password, only a recovery key you made in advance can reopen it.
Prubi, operated by GongganSai, is a cloud service for storing notes, photos, documents and schedules, with AI that helps you search and organise what you wrote. Only the account owner can access their own records. Free and paid plans (annual and lifetime) are offered; paid features are enabled only after payment is confirmed. Full text: Terms of Service.
We collect your email, account identifier and the records you choose to save, in order to provide the service and process payments. The data is used only for those purposes and is deleted without delay when you close your account, except where law requires retention. If you have not used the paid features, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment. You may also request a refund if the service was provided differently from what was advertised or agreed, or if it could not be used normally due to our fault.
