Prubi is a notes app and journal that gets cuter as you write: quick notes turn into calendar events, with a weekly planner, checklists and reminders, a one-line journal and AI that finds things in your own notes — a Personal Wisdom OS in 16 languages, free to start. Sensitive records — passwords, a photo of your ID — go in the personal vault, encrypted on your device before upload so the server holds only ciphertext.
Prubi
Prubi is an AI-powered cloud note service and Personal Wisdom OS. Save your notes, photos, documents and schedules in your own private account, and let Prubi AI help you retrieve past records, organize what you wrote today, and review the schedule you saved for the days ahead. Free and paid subscription plans are available.
Sensitive records — passwords, account numbers, a photo of your ID — go in the personal vault. Entries and their attachments are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before upload, so the server keeps only ciphertext plus the salt and IV needed to decrypt it. The key is never stored, so what the server holds cannot be read on its own; if you forget the vault password, only a recovery key you made in advance can reopen it.
The AI journal and notes app that gets you
One line you write today helps the you of tomorrow.
Prubi doesn't decide for you. The lines you leave add up, and help you decide for yourself.
Why is "thank you" so hard to say out loud?
Journaling apps get boring in three days
You love a decorated journal, but not paper every day
Feels like a diary has to be long…
The thought was gone while you picked a folder
Written in notes, then again in the calendar
The plan you wrote down — and still forgot
What's on this week again?
Where did I write that…
What did we decide in last month's meeting?
Found in your notes — with the notes it read
Emailing your passwords to yourself?
Passwords, account numbers, a photo of your ID — write them in the vault. As they are saved they become ciphertext on this device, and the key that opens it stays with you.
Wrote it on your phone — it's not on your work PC
A new app that wants money first?
It doesn't try to make you brighter. It tries to be the place where your records grow into wisdom.
