Prubi App | One line today helps tomorrow's you

Jot it on the bus, pick it up at your desk. Quick notes, journaling and a calendar on your phone and PC. Your line in natural Korean, read aloud — no partner needed.

Prubi

Prubi is an AI-powered cloud note service and Personal Wisdom OS. Save your notes, photos, documents and schedules in your own private account, and let Prubi AI help you retrieve past records, organize what you wrote today, and review the schedule you saved for the days ahead. Free and paid subscription plans are available.

Sensitive records — passwords, account numbers, a photo of your ID — go in the personal vault. Entries and their attachments are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before upload, so the server keeps only ciphertext plus the salt and IV needed to decrypt it. The key is never stored, so what the server holds cannot be read on its own; if you forget the vault password, only a recovery key you made in advance can reopen it.

Jot it at a café. Pick it up at your desk. Not to keep yesterday, but to get ready for tomorrow. A line a day, in another language — write one line about your day and see it as natural Korean phrases Want a locked diary? Write it in the vault, or move a note there — it is encrypted on your device.

How one line grows

Scattered thoughts gather in one place, and what gathers becomes tomorrow's wisdom.

Scattered

You wrote plenty — split across apps, never to be found again.

Gathered

In one place, your lines start connecting to each other.

Growing

What you kept reflects who you were, and today's choice gets a little clearer.

Planted again

Share the good lines, and plant them again for tomorrow.

One line is enough.

Thoughts slip away fast. You don't have to write much — what you jot down stays.

Small starts are the ones that last. 7 Days of Gratitude — one line a day, and skipping a day is fine.

Your desk grows as you write.

Paper & Light, Golden Spring One of One, Watercolour Dawn, Pixel Dot — pick the feel of your desk with a theme.

Then tape, a ribbon, a date stamp, and a small friend walking the bottom of your screen. Nothing to buy — they open up one by one as your days of writing add up.

Three hundred years ago, it was one line a day.

Franklin opened each morning with a question — “What good shall I do this day?” — and closed each evening with another: “What good have I done to-day?”

Nothing grand. Ask, write it down, look again tomorrow. That was all of it.

Lock away notes, diaries, budgets and meeting minutes in your Personal Vault. Passwords go in a Secure note — hidden at first, and not shown in the list. It's all locked on your device before it leaves, so our servers only hold ciphertext.

That also means if you forget your vault password, Prubi can't recover it.

Today's line becomes a picture card. Send just the card, no link — anyone can read it, even without the app.

Plans, polls and sign-ups go out as one Prubi Forms link. People answer without the app, and the answers come back to your form.

You wrote so much down. It's never there when you need it.

You didn't forget. Your notes just got scattered.

Office worker · commute — That one thing from the meeting fades by the time you're home. One line on the train, saved with the day it happened.

Planner · café — Ideas in a notebook, dates in a calendar, decisions in a chat. The pieces finally land in one place.

Nurse · after a shift — The whole day hits you the moment the shift ends. Jot it down, then actually rest.

Designer · studio — Miss the moment, and the idea never comes back. One line, right where it came to you.

Grad student · library — You can't remember why you decided that. Keep your reasons, and next time you'll have an answer.

Freelancer · evening — No time left at the end of the day to look back. A line a day adds up — and you start to see yourself.

Before you start

What should I write first?

Just one line. Start by saving one thought from today as a Quick Note.

Can I use it on my phone and my PC?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on the web (prubi.online) or the iPhone and Android apps to pick up the same notes.

What if I forget my vault password?

Prubi can't open it for you. The vault is locked on your device: your password derives a key (PBKDF2, 210,000 rounds), that key encrypts the contents (AES-256-GCM), and only the ciphertext goes to the server. Neither the password nor the key is stored on the server, in logs, or on the device — so being signed in doesn't unlock the vault, and no one at Prubi can. Your only backup is a recovery key you issue from inside the vault. It's shown exactly once and never stored, so issue it early and keep it somewhere safe, apart from the password.
