What Prubi is, how photo and document storage and long-term memory work, how sensitive records like passwords are encrypted on your device in the personal vault, how to delete or export your records, and what each plan includes. It also answers what journaling is, how it differs from a diary, and what to write first.
Prubi
Prubi is an AI-powered cloud note service and Personal Wisdom OS. Save your notes, photos, documents and schedules in your own private account, and let Prubi AI help you retrieve past records, organize what you wrote today, and review the schedule you saved for the days ahead. Free and paid subscription plans are available.
Sensitive records — passwords, account numbers, a photo of your ID — go in the personal vault. Entries and their attachments are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before upload, so the server keeps only ciphertext plus the salt and IV needed to decrypt it. The key is never stored, so what the server holds cannot be read on its own; if you forget the vault password, only a recovery key you made in advance can reopen it.
PRUBI is a personal record platform that keeps your photos, documents, notes and schedules in the cloud, then uses AI to connect them so you can find what you need again. It aims to be a Personal Wisdom OS that grows more useful as your records accumulate.
Prubi AI is the feature that helps you retrieve, organize and connect what you saved — notes, journals, memories, photos, documents and schedules. The brand name is Prubi; Prubi AI refers to the AI capabilities inside it.
Personal Wisdom OS is Prubi's product concept: your records accumulate over the long term, and you can find and connect them again to understand your own thinking and life. The centre is not AI chat but the personal records you build up yourself.
A regular note app stores what you wrote, as you wrote it. PRUBI groups scattered records by theme and links past entries to your current question. A general AI answers the question in front of it; PRUBI understands more of your context as your records build up.
Yes. Write in the personal vault, or move a note you already wrote into it, and it is encrypted on your device before it is saved, so only you can open it. The server, administrators and the AI cannot read what is inside. Anything you keep outside the vault stays in your notes as usual.
Yes. Tap New ▾ on the home desk and choose Private diary · Journal, Private budget, Confidential meeting notes or Secure note — it opens in that format and saves as you type. The budget planner adds up the month for you, and a Secure note keeps the password hidden, even in the list. One checkbox puts a page in the vault, where it's encrypted on your device.
Yes. Write a line a day, and when you ask, Prubi AI finds and connects what you have written. It answers from your own notes, not from the internet, and shows which notes it read.
Journaling is the habit of writing down what happened, what you thought at the time, and why you decided the way you did. There is no set format, and a single line counts. In Prubi you can jot a short line on the home screen, or fill in the choice, reason, expectation, outcome and reflection fields in the Journal tab of your archive.
They overlap a great deal, and there is no official dividing line. A diary usually means writing down the day and how you felt; journaling usually means writing to sort out your thinking and read it back later. Prubi does not separate the two — you can write one free-form block, or split it across fields.
Start with one thing that happened today. The writing box opens with “Write about what happened today”, and for more structure there are fields for the choice you made, why you chose it, what you expected, what actually happened, and what to remember next time. Fields can be left blank. (Example) “Disagreed in the meeting — it cleared things up.”
Open an entry and press “Sort with Prubi AI”; it returns the core point, the feeling, what you learned and a next step. Nothing is saved until you check the preview and approve it, and your original text stays as it is. You can then file the summary into a folder or keep it as wisdom to find later. Monthly AI usage is capped on the free plan.
Search pulls up what you saved, as you wrote it: say “find my notes about the lease” and Prubi shows quick notes, journals and documents as raw cards, and a document card opens the original. Talking with the AI keeps those records in the background while you think a worry through. Search results are your own sentences; the reply is the AI's interpretation.
A reply draws on the last few days of quick notes, journals and schedule, plus the titles of earlier conversations, as background. Only the opening of each record is sent — not the whole thing. Expand “records used” under a reply to see the exact lines that were sent, with a mark on any that were cut short. Anything kept in the personal vault is left out entirely.
Yes. Photos and documents you attach to a quick note are kept in private cloud storage in your account, so your phone and PC open the same records. It is not a folder drive — files stay attached to their notes. The free plan includes 500MB; paid plans start at 5GB.
Yes — put them in the personal vault. The text, and any photos or documents you attach, are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before upload, so the server keeps only the ciphertext plus the salt and IV needed to decrypt it. File names and types are inside the ciphertext too, and vault records are excluded from search, recent records and AI analysis.
The key that opens the vault is not on the server. It is derived from your vault password, held in device memory only while the vault is open, and never stored anywhere, so the ciphertext left on the server cannot be read on its own. The trade-off is real: if you forget the password, PRUBI cannot recover those records — only a recovery key you created in advance can reopen the vault.
Yes. You can search directly, or ask the AI and it will answer using related past records as evidence. The AI is not always right, so please check the original record for anything important.
Yes. Prubi can find and organize your day based on the records you actually saved today. It does not invent content — it only draws on what is stored.
Yes. You can manage events and tasks in the calendar, and PRUBI can suggest schedule items drawn from your quick notes. Nothing is saved unless you approve it.
Yes. You can review and organize upcoming plans based on the events and tasks saved in your calendar. Prubi does not predict the future — it shows you the schedule you saved yourself.
PRUBI collects the important things you said yourself into 'memories'. It does not decide and save on its own — you can review, edit or delete each one. Memories are then used as context in later conversations.
No. All records are stored per account and protected by row-level security in the database, so only your own records are ever returned.
Yes. Records can be deleted individually, and memories can be exported. Deleting your account removes your records as well. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Each plan includes a monthly AI usage allowance, which you can check on My Page. Reaching the limit does not affect records you have already saved.
Yes. Once you sign in, you can start recording for free — quick notes, journals, memories, schedules and archive search. The free plan has limits on storage and monthly AI usage; Premium provides more storage and expanded AI usage.
Yes. The stationery box dresses a small desk: paper, washi tape, bookmarks, a date stamp. Sixteen pixel friends walk your screen — Scottish Fold, Bichon, Tabby, a Cream Poodle in three cuts (plain, Teddy-cut, Schnauzer-cut), Shiba, Corgi, hamster, bunny, duckling, penguin, hedgehog, red panda, otter, capybara. Items unlock as recorded days add up; motion can be off. Not a sticker app for pages.
Lifetime is a one-time payment for continued access to Premium features and storage. See the Pricing page for what is included and the current price.
Features currently included in Premium remain available to you. We do not promise that every future feature will be automatically included — anything with a very different cost structure may be announced separately.
PRUBI uses fast, cost-efficient open LLMs to power record search and personalized answers. The system is built so the provider can be swapped, rather than being tied to one vendor.
No. PRUBI does not decide for you. It shows the patterns and evidence visible in your records, and the final decision is always yours.
PRUBI is a notes and calendar app, with one quiet line of scripture alongside it. On the home screen that is a single small line just under the title. It is not a Bible app — there is no chapter-and-verse reader, and keeping records is the point. Cards you share outward carry no verse by default; the version with a verse is only made when you choose it.
It is a short five-line letter that comes when you ask for it. It reads the one line you jotted that day and picks scripture to match, so the three verses inside stand on a single theme. Ask again on the same day with the same records and the same letter comes back; the next day brings the next one. The scripture text itself is prepared in Korean and English for now.
Yes. Jot a line on the home screen, or write at length in the journal tab of your archive. What you write can be grouped into folders and found by date, so gratitude notes or devotional notes can live in one place. There is no separate gratitude mode — you are simply using notes and the journal that way.
Yes. Prayer cards, at the top of the journal in your archive, keep the prayers you write, one card each — nothing is drawn at random. Later you can add an “Afterwards” line for an answer or a change, or tap someone in your memory to pray for them. On the same date in a later year, that day's prayer returns. Only you see prayer cards: never shared, never sent to the AI.
